Your firm should have provided a direct link to log in to NetDocuments. If they have not, please follow these steps 1-4.
If you have the link, skip down to Step 4.
Step 1: Go to the NetDocuments Login Screen
United States Data Center: https://vault.netvoyage.com/neWeb2/
Canadian Data Center: https://can.netdocuments.com/
Step 2: Click Continue with SSO
Step 3: Type in your Email Address and choose Login with SSO
Step 4: Log in via your Microsoft Office 365 Account
This step might not open up.
Step 5: Make sure you see this program in the system tray of your computer (ndOffice)

If you get a “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in” error message from Microsoft when logging in to NetDocuments

Please email this article to your IT people and ask them to add you to the NetDocuments App in Azure\Entra.
