This document cannot be opened as it may have been removed or you do not have access rights. Please logout and then re-login to update the list or make sure you’re not logged in with different user accounts.

When attempting to view a document in NetDocuments,  you get this message:

“This document cannot be opened as it may have been removed or you do not have access rights.  Please logout and then re-login to update the list or make sure you’re not logged in with different user accounts.”

This is an easy fix, you need to logout of ndOffice and then log back in:

 

Step 1:  Click on the Square ND and then the Gear

Step 2:  Click Logout and then YES

Step 3:  Click Login
