Do you need to quickly email a variety of files from different folders in NetDocuments all at once? Sending multiple documents one by one can be time consuming and inefficient. That’s why it’s so helpful to know how sending multiple files from different folders in NetDocuments is simple if you use the easy-to-navigate Send via Email feature. In this blog post, we’ll walk through step-by-step how to send an email with multiple files (including both Word and PDFs) directly from your NetDocuments account. So if you’re looking for a quick way to send out a bundle of information that requires no downloading or uploading of any kind – read on!

In the example above, I want to attach documents out of the Notes, Orders, and Research Filters.

 

Step 1: Click on … and Open up the Doc Type Table

Step 2: Hold down the CTRL Key and select multiple doc types and click Select

 

Step 3: Click Search

Step 4:  Use the CTRL Key to Select Multiple Documents
