The Summary View in NetDocuments workspaces allows you to quickly access folders, document types, and saved searches relevant to a particular matter or project. Step 1: Click the dropdown arrow (▾) next to the workspace name at the top of the screen and select Customize workspace from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: In the “Customize Workspace” window, look for the Left column layout and Right column layout sections. Click and drag each item (e.g., “Milestone”, “Discovery – Folder”) to reorder them based on your preferred layout.
Step 3: Once you’re satisfied with your layout and tab selections, click Save Changes to apply your custom workspace settings.
The changes you make here are visible to everyone.
