How to Configure OneStepWorkspace so Users can change Client and Matter Descriptions in NetDocuments

Step 1: Login to One Step Workspace

Step 2: Click Modify Existing Workspaces

Step 3: Check the box next to the following options

Users can now modify the Client and Matter Names:
