ndMail Stuck in the filing process

If everyone is having this issue

Step 1: In the Admin Console, go to ndMail Configuration

Step 2: Click on the Connection

Step 3:  Click Test Connection

If the connection cannot be established,  please click edit and re-enter the ndmail password:

One Person is having this issue

Step 1:  Close ndMail on their computer

Step 2:  Go to this location

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\NetDocuments\ndMail

Step 3:  Rename ndMailDatabase_v1.db

Now relaunch Outlook. If this doesn’t fix the issue,  please call Technical Support: 801-226-6882, Option 2
