To use this feature you must have purchased ndMail from NetDocuments and be using the Outlook App on your iPhone or Android.
Step 1: Click on the 3 dots in any email
Step 2: Click on ndMail
Step 3: Choose which Cabinet you want to save the email
Step 4: If NetDocuments does not give you the correct prediction, you can manually search for the client or matter
