Workshare Error Message: ndOffice Doesn’t Allow Upload of Zero-Sized Documents

When you are using Workshare/Literia Compare,  you get the error message that ndOffice doesn’t allow zero-size documents.

When you look at the document, it contains no data, so I am guessing this is a Workshare Issue.  I have figured a workaround.

Step 1:  Save As Choose either a comparison document (pdf) or Word Document with Track Changes

Step 2:  Choose one of the Attach options and not Save a New Document.

The Save as new document is causing the issue.

You will now see the Comparison under the Attachments Section in NetDocuments.
