Protecting mode is preventing ndOffice from loading.

Step 1:  Open up Adobe

 

Step 2: Go to Edit –> Preferences

Step 3:  Go to Security (Enhanced)

Step 4: Make sure Enable Protected Mode at ststartup(Preview) is unchecked.  Make sure Protected View is Off
