ndLink is a Windows Services that connects NetDocuments to an accounting system. When a new client or matter is created in an accounting system (Orion, Tabs3, Juris, SurePoint,PCLaw, etc.) in 5 minutes or less, it gets added to NetDocuments.
You will know its not working when someone starts complaining that new clients or matters are not being added to NetDocuments.
ndLink is always installed on the root of the C Drive: C:\ndLink
Right Click on ndlink2 and run it as an administrator to launch the program
It should look like this:
If you do not see Activity Running As A Windows Service, do the following:
- Check Run Activities Upon Startup
- Check As Windows Service
- Click Start Activities Service
When we set up ndLink, we install ndLink as a Service. This service should automatically launch when restarting the machine.
To allow the link to run as a service, we do change the Log On to Admin Account.
Make sure that service is running.
