Your External Users cannot see documents in a NetDocuments CollabSpaces

Scenario 1:  You created a CollabSpaces,  added documents  and later created the security group.  In this instance, the security group was not applied to the documents in the CollabSpaces,

The key indicator is that there are no Blue People next to the documents in the CollabSpace

Scenario 2:  You created a CollabSpaces and the security group, but didn’t add anyone to that group.

The key indicator is that the group is empty.
