Understanding the changes in how external users get added to NetDocuments CollabSpaces

NetDocuments users, there’s an important update you don’t want to miss! Recently, NetDocuments introduced changes to how users are added to CollabSpaces, and it’s time to get familiar with the new process. Whether you’re a seasoned user or just starting out, this blog will guide you through what’s new, what’s improved, and what it means for managing your collaborations effectively.

Step 1:  Create CollabSpaces Group

Step 2:Type in Group Name

Step 3:  Move your mouse in the Search for External Users…. Box and Click Create new User

Step 4:  Fill in the contact information and Check send welcome email and then CREATE USER

Step 5: Click Create Group

Step 6:  Assign Group Security and click Apply
