Set up the NetDocuments M365 Outlook Add-In

This add-in allows users on iPhone, Android, Outlook Web Access, Outlook for Mac, or the new Outlook for Windows to save emails directly to NetDocuments. It is different from the Windows desktop program ndMail.

If your attorneys want to save emails from Outlook on their iPhone or Android, this add-in must be deployed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Console first. Without it, the NetDocuments option simply won’t appear in the Outlook mobile app. The good news is that setup takes only a few minutes and only needs to be done once by an admin.
