Install the 32 bit version of Adobe Reader

Posted in NetDocuments and PDF Software, NetDocuments Tips on January 8, 2022 by Craig Bayer

NetDocuments works with the 32 bit version of Adobe, not the 64 bit.  Adobe recently changed its web page so by default it downloads the 64 bit version.  There is still a way of downloading the 64bit version.

Step 1:  Go to https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Step 2: Select “Do you have a different language or operating system?” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select Windows 10, English, then Reader DC 2021.007.20099 English for Windows.

Step 4: Uncheck the McAfee options and Select Download Acrobat Reader.
