To figure out how much a document conversion costs,  we need to know how many documents you have.  In a windows folder structure, this is pretty easy.  The first thing you need to do is go to the top level folder that contains your documents.

Step 1:  Right Click on the top level folder and go to properties

Step 2: Make a note of how many files you have
