This is a Firm Wide Setting. You will need a PageLightPrime Administrator to turn this on. This will scrub Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents of all the relevant metadata.
Step 1: Click on Settings
Step 2: Click on Email Management
Step 3: Check the box next to Sanitize documents when added as email attachments.
